I did a fair bit of searching and found two lights that gave the near flush mount look that I wanted. The smaller lights are operated by the center button on/off, hold for dimming and hold in the off position to go blue. The larger more central light is touch the lens on/off and again hold to dim. I wanted the largest practical light for the most central position as this is the one that gets the most use when staying on the boat. I got them both on Amazon.

The image quality on some pics is massively reduced to allow the attachments to post, note that after removing the old light the excess material left over from manufacture needed to be reduced with a Dremel to get a flush fit, I also had the sunlight lifting the glue issue (that others have posted about) on the veneer that I noticed when removing the picture so I used a boat hook and some general purpose glue to reattach.

Also wanted to add that the smaller lights

https://www.amazon.com/acegoo-Overhead- ... HZ415?th=1

From acegoo 4 pack for $26 need two small holes to mount and cannot use/do not cover the holes of the original lights unlike the larger light or the side lights from Thalassa which both needed new hole(s) but covered over the originals.

The larger light ( I could not get the link to work on this but here is the amazon data) ....

GZV RV Interior Lights, RV Puck Lights, Dimmable LED Ceiling Lights for Camper, Memory Function, DC 12V 4.75 Inch, Camper Lights for Inside, LED Lights for Travel Trailer, 2 Pack (4000K - Cool White) $26 would probably/possibly be too big to mount flush in all the original light positions hence I used two types.

Less than $100 upgrade.
