how to run wires to starboard side of cabin

I want to install a couple cabin fans on the starboard side of my C350 and run them from the switch panel on the port side. Is there a wiring chase? Does anyone have some advice?

Hey Salty. Rather then run wires all the way around the boat from the dedicated breaker, I just drilled a tiny hole for the wire to pass through the fiberglass where I mounted the fans , and then tapped into the lighting wiring. Neat, clean, and easy.
