Cam foot block

Has anyone replaced the Genoa foot block and a MKII?
Garhauer has them with cam that would allow you to lock the line if you have a winch override or need to use winch to use the roller furling line while on starboard tack and the sheet is loaded.
Not sure if the bolts are accessible?
