Bilge Painted or Gel Coated

Any one know if the bilge is painted or if it is just gelcoat with a finish over it?

Thanks very much. Went to order bilge paint and unfortunately it only comes in white. I was thinking of black to hide the dirt or a nice neon pink for a more appealing contrast.
