Refrigerator Kit From Catalina Direct

Has anyone purchased and installed one of the refrigerator kits from Catalina Direct? We have the typical problems with our refrigerator on our 2005 C350. I am wondering if I replace the current system with then new system if this will help lower the temps and reduce power consumption. I hope to avoid what looks like the complicated process of improving the insulation in the boxes.
