Hookah Gear

Hi all,
Wondering if anybody has any recommendations on Hookah gear? Do you use a tank and hose or some sort of 12v/120v/240v deck mounted or floating equipment. I appreciate a lot of people in the US have someone dive on their hull to clean it. I prefer the DIY approach and living in the tropics in clear water makes it relatively easy.
