Hatch black out shades

I need to replace at least one of the hatch black out shades, the one in the v berth. Wondering if anyone has done this and if so , could you recommend how to get the shades out and where to get new ones.

I think the standard parts are oceanair cabinshdes available on the zarcor website (zarcor.com), but I am not 100% sure until someone else does the job and confirms it. On my list of things for this winter is the shade in the V berth as it has some small stains and the reflective material is cracking.
