Light in Locker

I have a light in the Starboard locker. It has a red bulb and 2 white bulbs with a white plastic cover and a 2 way switch. It will not come on and I can't figure out what breaker it is connect to. Any clues?

That light works off of the breaker on the 12 volt panel that operates the starboard lights.

I've had trouble with the switch on the light. It must not be a marine product. Try rocking the switch a few dozen times and see if either the red or white light comes on. I plan to replace my switch soon.

We tried every breaker. I will check for voltage to be sure. Thanks y'all
