Re: New bilge pump tripping breaker
Stand down on the wire question....
I just opened the panel - it's a 15am breaker. I've got a spare - I'll put it in and see what happens.

New bilge pump tripping breaker
Hi All, hope everyone enjoyed the summer season. I replaced the 12v bilge pump earlier this year and now noticing it's tripping the breaker. I thought maybe the pump impeller picked up something and was stuck but it's not the case it pumps fine for those first up to 20 seconds or less until it trips...

Re: Helm Seat stern rail fasterners
Timely. My helm seat fastener broke a couple weeks ago and happened to see this. I ordered the replacement fasteners I probably never would have found them if I hadn't checked the forum. I've attached pictures of my helm seat and the fasteners:

Hi All you Rocna anchor users...... Did you have any issues with your Rocna fitting on the dual factory anchor rollers? Which one did you get? I've got a 35 pound QCR and need to add a second anchor anyway so I'm looking at the Rocna. I'm probably going to do 100FT Chain and 150FT rode. Anyone able ...

Removing /Cleaning the Racor water separator
Changing the Racor filter /water separator and have gunk in the bottom of the clear filter bowl, needs to be cleared out. How do you get the clear bottom bowl off the filter housing? Does it twist off or do you have to remove the whole unit from the mounting bracket? Racor 500FG..... (this seemed so...

Spring commissioning Water heater issue
Hi All I just turned the water back on as part of Spring commissioning and the hot water isn't heating. The tank isn't bypassed (took the bypass hose off) and I tried the reset button under the panel but that didn't do anything either. Since its my first spring commissioning is there something I'm m...

Strange Hose
Hi All - this doesn't seem correct to me, but the hose is cut perfectly and I can't see where it would attach to if it did come off something. When the engine is running air is coming out of the end of that hose, and I don't seem to notice any engine issues. Is this correct that this hose ends and j...
