I replaced the pump, and all seems to be ok. (even though it was a new pump in July)

I just opened the panel - it's a 15am breaker. I've got a spare - I'll put it in and see what happens.

Thanks Ken - would I need to Run a new wire If I go up to a 15Amp breaker?

Hi All, hope everyone enjoyed the summer season. I replaced the 12v bilge pump earlier this year and now noticing it's tripping the breaker. I thought maybe the pump impeller picked up something and was stuck but it's not the case it pumps fine for those first up to 20 seconds or less until it trips...

Changing the Racor filter /water separator and have gunk in the bottom of the clear filter bowl, needs to be cleared out. How do you get the clear bottom bowl off the filter housing?
