Very squeaky outhaul

Sadly, the sails came off on Sunday but my cursory look at the inside-the-boom outhaul mechanism failed to make obvious how to access the sheaves and pivots that make this loud sound. Charleston spar in-mast furler for hull 394...Anyone dealt with this?

This post is quite old but my new to me boat, hull# 132, has the same problem and I was hoping someone figured out what was causing it and could help me resolved it. I have to investigate more but right now I suspect a bad sheave/bearing at the forward end of the boom.
