Hi,
I am going to be moving my C350 to Everett Marina near Seattle. Does anyone have any experience getting a boat commissioned at the Port of Everett?
It appears that there is not a single full service boat yard in Everett, but rather a series of vendors that it is up to the boat owner to coordinate with.
After I ship the boat I will want to have the mast raised and the boat looked over to make everything is in order after the shipping.
How does it work in the Seattle area?

Re: Full service Marinas on Puget Sound
I did some research, talked to a sailor in Seattle area and called around.
Here is what I learned. Many of the Ari as have the ability to take put your boat in or take it out of the water but use sub-contractors to service it. I.E. you are on your own to enlist their services.
I did locate a full service company named Seaview, that has three locations on the Puget Sound that will commission, decommission, etc. They are located in Tahoma, Shoshone and Port Townsend.
Called them up and they can commission our boat after it arrives in Seattle.
