Concrete Mooring weight

We are about to move our C350 Raise Me Up from Lake Texoma to our home on the coast of Maine. We’ve had various sized boats on my mooring in the cove there, since we’ve had the house for over100 years in the family, the largest of which was an Island Packet 32 weighing 11,500 pounds. My C350 weighs 14,000 pounds and the concrete block is 1500 pounds. For one summer my brother’s Tartan 37 was moored there without issue. Since concrete loses at least the third of its weight in water, does anyone have a standard concrete weight for C350s moored in salt water between six and 20 feet deep?

Checkout this article on concrete and salt waterhttps://www.pondarmor.com/salt-water-corrosion- ... -concrete/
I’d have a diver inspect it and the chain.
Consider installing a new mooring anchor.
