Fans

I am looking to install fans in both cabins. What is the best way to access electrical power ?

On our boat, there was already a breaker switch on the panel labeled "cabin fans" but it had nothing wired to it. I tapped into that for power and attached the ground to the negative buss bar. You will probably want to put an inline fuse at the switch to protect the circuit for whatever gauge the fan wiring is.
