Hi All
I just turned the water back on as part of Spring commissioning and the hot water isn't heating. The tank isn't bypassed (took the bypass hose off) and I tried the reset button under the panel but that didn't do anything either. Since its my first spring commissioning is there something I'm missing?

Google ‘how to check wtaer heater element’. There are several ‘hits’ that explain how to check the thermostat and the heating element. With meter that reads ac voltage and ohms you can check these two things in justa few minutes.

After a quick google and some testing upside down it does look like a bad element.
On order from C Direct. I have no idea how I'm going to get to it to get it out of there, but thats a diffrent adventure.
