Replace speed and depth tansducer rubber gaskets

2 year old Raymarine transducer assemblies leak at the hull. I want to replace the gaskets on both. The speed is easy as it comes out of the hull fitting and you can slip a new gasket on. The depth transducer, however, does not seem to come out of its housing. Probably not supposed to. Consequently, there is no way to thread a new washer over the wire. Can anyone help? Also, I have not been able to find the gaskets at West Marine or Raymarine's websites. Any ideas there as well?
