Hi Guys,
My freezer thermostat (Analog Knob Type) has failed on the freezer side of the Adler/Barbour ColdMachine.
On the top of the thermostat, the part number is labeled as C1712JR680. The schematic lists the range control of the thermostat as C1502JR.
I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. I want to stay with the analog version versus the digital version.
Does anyone have a source with a part number and price?
Thanks,
Bill

Re: Freezer Thermostat
Hello Bill, just seeing your post. I have the same analog thermostat as you do and purchased an exact replacement from Fisheries Supply. The part is
Item ID: DOM F1710 and was $149.48 (free shipping). Their number is 206-632-4462 and they are on PDT.
Hope you're successful.
Cheers, Jim

Re: Freezer Thermostat
Hi Jim,
Thanks for getting back with me!
Unfortunately, they are out of stock and are now asking $180.
I'm hoping someone has found and installed a 3rd party substitute.

Re: Freezer Thermostat
Go2Marine has this info on web site and carries both the refer and freezer models. I just replaced the refer one at about $43.00. https://www.go2marine.com/Product-Guide ... _02_12.pdf I recommend this source.

Re: Freezer Thermostat
Hi Steve,
Thanks for getting back with me!
I recently purchased this one from Defender; https://defender.com/en_us/adler-barbou ... at-4060204
I plan to install it this w/e. I'll report back if it works.
If it doesn't work, I'll try the one you referenced from Go2Marine.
Thanks!
Bill
