LED on electrical panel

Post by Frank Heyniger »

I need to replace the Red LED for the propane solenoid on my electric panel. Anyone know where to buy the LED and it appears that the LED was epoxied in. Any help?

Frank,

Your best bet is probably to call the manufacturer - Seaward Products.
http://www.seawardproducts.com/ I think their products carry a two year warranty.

Frank

I had the led burn out on me a few weeks back. I have hull 158, a 2003 model. I got the bulb from my local marine store in Georgetown, Md. It was held in place by a small amount of sealant which was easy to extract. Should be an easy job.

Mine just started to flicker as well - sometimes it works fine and other times it is very dim. Must be a design flaw. I have hull #363 - 2005.

Just a note to let you know that Seaward Products replaced the LED at no charge eventhough the panel was out of warranty.
