Spreader Boots

Hi,
Can't find answer to what I thought fairly simple question,
so am turning to my esteemed colleagues in the forum...

I want to put spreader boots on both sets of spreaders.
What size boots are needed for upper spreaders?
What size are needed for lower spreaders?
