correction to my last reply, during float charge, the victron BMV shows the battery voltage at 13.5 for each batt.

Jason, What does the battery monitor say the voltage is when the batteries are 'fully charged' by the Charles 30-amp charger? I believe both the Charles charger and your solar charger will have a charing profile based on the battery voltage. Both will charge the batteries up to some maximum voltage...

May I ask what type of panels you put on your Bimini? as I'm not cruising full time yet :( I went with a fairly inexpensive option with pretty good reviews from amazon... I believe they are supposed to be installed with silicone or other similar sealant applied to the inside of the port light opening. 2 of mine started leaking this weekend. the leaks look to be coming from the seam where the ends of the gasket should be glued together. whoever installed these 2 insta...

replaced the faucet for the galley sink this past weekend and of course the fitting for the hot side connection starts leaking at the crimped connection... has anyone had any luck repairing/replacing these fittings? I can't find anything on Catalina Direct on these...

Getting ready to remove the existing electric head, holding tank, and all associated plumbing that goes with them in order to install an Air Head Composting head. Just wondering if anyone else has done this conversion or a similar one in the past. Any advise or pictures would be greatly appreciated....
