So I have an Ocean Breeze OB16CH Air-conditioner on my boat (it was not factory) & it has been working fine for years but this spring...it comes on & begins to pump water & cool the boat for about 10-15min but then the water stops pumping & cool air stops flowing. If I shut everythin...

This issue is kind of a big one for me as well...we sail on a high-mountain lake & it very cool in the spring/fall. We have tried many different rugs & runner's but nothing really fits! What have other's done with regards to interior carpets & or rugs?

I am looking to replace my Newport head & it appears that the Raritan Sea Era is the way to go? For those who have done this...do the intake/discharge hoses come out the back & can it be mounted with the motor on the right side like the Newport?

Yes, I know about the "duckbill" valve, I tried cleaning it, then replacing it & finally replacing the ENTIRE vented loop with a new one but it STILL leaks?

I have hull #185 & have had continual problems with the fresh water intake flooding the bowl when not in use. I rebuilt the pump assembly last year with all new parts. I cleaned the vented loop & finally last week I completely replaced the vented loop with a new "True Design" type....
